About the Role
Strengthens teacher capability and teaching quality through structured training, observation, quality assurance, and continuous improvement across Kreativa Education Network (KEN) schools.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and facilitate teacher development programs.
- Conduct teaching quality reviews and observations.
- Identify capability gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Build and monitor quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education or relevant subject field.
- Strong teaching/pedagogical experience.
- Teacher training or quality assurance experience preferred.
- Strong facilitation, analytical, and coaching skills.
