About the Role
Supports end-to-end talent acquisition and learning initiatives to ensure Kreativa Education Network (KEN) attracts, develops, and retains capable people across its education ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment processes across KEN.
- Coordinate candidate sourcing, assessment, and selection.
- Support training and learning development programs.
- Maintain recruitment and talent data and reports.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
- Experience in recruitment and/or L&D.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Organized, data-oriented, proactive, and service-minded.
